Technical Requirements

Please check these requirements before you register. Kenaz courses are delivered fully online.

Browsers: One of the two most recent versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari. On mobile, iOS 15 or later or Android 9 or later.

Browser settings: JavaScript and cookies enabled, and support for encrypted video playback (DRM). Some older devices, modified browsers, and in-app browsers inside social media apps cannot play our protected videos.

Internet speed: At least 5 Mbps download for recorded lectures, 10 Mbps for HD playback, and a stable 3 Mbps upload and download for live sessions.

Network access: An unrestricted connection to our platform and our video and conferencing providers (Vimeo, Bunny CDN, YouTube, Zoom). Corporate, university, and public networks may block streaming or video calls.

Software: No Microsoft Excel, Word, or other paid software is required. A PDF reader is enough to open course notes. Live sessions run in Zoom, either in the browser or in the free Zoom app.
